Independent Histopathology Services was founded and is led by an experienced group of cellular pathologists. A fully CPA accredited laboratory for histopathology and cytopathology, IHS is a leading provider of diagnostic services, with a wide client base, serving both the private sector and the NHS.
IHS provides a comprehensive diagnostic cellular pathology service. In line with best practice, histopathology services are delivered along sub-specialty lines, and the core team of pathologists is supplemented and supported by a broad network of associated specialists. The consultant team is supported by highly motivated biomedical scientists and staff, all working to the latest CPA standards and using the most up-to-date practices. IHS enjoys close links with several London teaching hospitals, enabling us to provide a full range of molecular and genetic investigations.
