The foundations of our service are the close working relationships we develop between referring clinician and pathologist. This enables us to deliver a bespoke service to individual doctors, responsive to their individual needs, enabling the best possible outcome for patients.
This is partly achieved by sub-specialty working, and by encouraging and maintaining direct communication and dialogue between IHS and our clinical colleagues.
We thank our referring colleagues for their continued support. We are gratified that innovation such as web access to results and digital imaging to complement the pathology report have been received so enthusiastically. It is encouraging to note the increasing number of consultants electing to use our services for the first time and from all of their locations of practice.
